ERAA and the Runway Consultant Team are determined to keep the primary stakeholders and the community apprised of program developments.  This is accomplished through our Public Outreach which includes continuous media exposure.  The information generated through these efforts help to ensure public safety, acknowledges impacts to commercial and residential properties, informs business and home owners of relocation efforts and ensures continuous communication to key stakeholder groups.

Media groups and their members may learn of program developments by frequenting this website.  Bulletins, press releases, announcements and bid advertisements will all be posted here.

It is the goal of the ERAA and the Runway Consultant Team to respond quickly and help the media cover airport-related operations and events.  We will try to accommodate all requests for information and interviews.

Erie International Airport respectfully requests that all media planning to produce news coverage on airport property make a courtesy call to the airport at 814-833-4258 or contact the Runway Consultant Team Public Information Office at 814-835-2905.

Media members taking photographs, recording video or sound or conducting interviews, should call at least 30 minutes in advance for non-emergency news coverage.  The Public Information group will notify the appropriate personnel about your arrival and the nature of your coverage.  This communication and approved clearance will help media better perform their tasks or jobs uninterrupted.
