Land Aquisition Program

The success of the land and easement acquisition program is determined as much by the implementation approach as by the technical skills applied. As we move forward with the program we anticipate that each impacted homeowner and business will likely ask the following questions:

Why do you have to buy my home or business?”

When do I have to move?”

How much money will I get for my home or business?”

The Authority and the Consultant Team are responsive to these questions and want to assure the impacted property owners that the team is technically competent, cognizant of the history, and sensitive to the concerns of the community.

The team has extensive experience with 49 CFR Part 24 regulations, FAA Order 5100.37A (Land Acquisition and Relocation Assistance for Airport Projects) and FAA Advisory Circular 150/1500-17C rules and regulations.
