Project Description:

The Phase I Early Design shall provide necessary professional services to prepare a Wetland Mitigation Plan and prepare and submit necessary permit applications for the Runway 6-24 Improvement Program. This phase is to advance portions of the preliminary engineering services to approximately 20 percent complete. To both support permit applications and to provide sufficient information to all stakeholders and to allow preliminary approval of project design prior to moving into the final design phase of this project.
